Ability to link a file to a github repo download

When uploading tools to CivitAI, it would be great to be able to dynamically link to Githubs download, instead of uploading the file manually using CivitAI.

The reason for this is for versioning and stability.

If I do a small update on the github, I now have to manually delete, then re-upload a new file. It's easy to get lost in versioning issues here since it's manual.
