Add an option to disable dragging for images on pc

I add reactions a lot via the gallery and sometimes will try to do them fast. When adding a reaction to a image, sometime when clicking on the reaction I will accidently start dragging the image to the next one. Because of this the reaction does now work and i have to spam click until the reaction is selected. Anyways it's probably just a skill issue on my part but I think it would be nice to have.
