Add "Trusted Users" Read content for more details of what i mean.

So after reading the mod-report chat in the discord, and references to not enough mods/ needing more mods i thought of a somewhat solution. What if there are trusted users on the site, people who already are well known and can be trusted. They do not possess the ability of mods but can have more power than a regular user. An idea I had was maybe a trusted user can hide an image until a mod looks at it. So if a trusted user finds something they know is against tos they can hide the image and it can be fully removed or restored (if they are wrong) till a mod looks at it. Just an idea, this doesn't need to be added but i thought maybe this could help if there arent enough mods. Sorry for my ramblings.
