Allow to import kohya config for lora training

I’ve managed to come up with the settings that work for me (with a very sophisticated config) but I don’t believe that I’ll achieve the same results if I run training with the limited settings available on CivitAI. So, it’d be nice to have this functionality to delegate training to CivitAI.
