API endpoint `GET /api/v1/tags` does not show tag ID, or do you have a list of all tags with their IDs?

This endpoint is pretty limited in its usefulness. Can it be updated to include tag ID so we can make a search against https://civitai.com/images?tags={TAG_ID}&view=feed ?

OR, do you have a list you could share that includes all current tag names + their ID?
