Ask users if they are sure when they attempt to post an image that doesn't use a resource to resource page

When a user tries to post to a gallery and the site recognizes metadata of LoRAs used (chiefly stuff made on site) it should prompt a little “Are you sure?” if it sees a user is posting to a gallery of a resource that their image doesn’t use. There’s a few cases to do so (an obvious one being comparison: Same settings and otherwise same prompt with and without the LoRA loaded/triggered) and enough errors it shouldn’t be hard blocked, but would be nice to inform users of a relatively common mistake they made that can be easy to detect.
