Automatic dark/light mode

I usually change the theme twice during the day, in the morning to the light theme so that I can see properly and in the evening to the dark theme so that I don't go blind. It is tiring to have to do this manually and even more so when all websites have a function implemented that does this automatically based on the theme of the operating system.
