Better tag display or selection

As a model creator, I frequently upload models and images to the site. However, I've noticed some shortcomings in the tagging system that could be improved to enhance user experience and help people find models more effectively. Here are a couple of suggestions:

  1. Expandable Tag List for Models: When uploading a model, I can only see the first 5 trending tags, and after clicking on them, I can only see the top 10 trending tags. I believe there should be a better way to view tags, especially those that may not apply to the category of model I am uploading. One solution could be to allow users to expand the tag list, particularly after the first 10 tags. This way, I can access more relevant and specific tags without navigating through multiple screens.

  2. Context-Specific Tags for Models: Another helpful improvement would be to remove tags that do not apply to a model's category. For example, if I am uploading a character model, irrelevant tags like "portrait" should not be suggested. However, if I am uploading a style model, "portrait" should be available as an applicable tag. This change could streamline the tagging process and make it more accurate.

  3. Accurate Trending Tags for Images: When posting an image, the displayed trending tags do not necessarily reflect the most popular or widely used tags. It would be beneficial to prioritize showing the most popular tags first. For instance, tags like "woman" and "character," which are commonly used on the site, should be prominently displayed for easy selection.

While I understand that overhauling the entire tagging system might be a significant undertaking, I believe these suggestions could be implemented with relatively less effort. Improving the tagging process would not only enhance user experience but also streamline content discovery on the site because of more people using tags. Thank you for considering these ideas.
