Block images from general-chat

general-chat (and nsfw-chat) in shape they are today are indistinguishable from their showcase counterparts; from the short time I've spend here - discussions are overshadown(?) by spam of images. It is redundant to have it be that way, and even if the text-only general chat would to be dead, it is still more variety and upside than keeping general-chat in current form.
