Bounties that use Blue Buzz, but with restrictions

Under the new system, only yellow buzz can be used for bounties. While understandable to prevent transfer of buzz between bot accounts, this is really disadvantageous to real users who just want to have a LoRA for some random character/outfit/pose after spending a lot of time on the site, and creators who would take bounties to cover their costs of training. It would be great if bounties could be posted using blue buzz if the reward remained blue buzz when award.

To prevent abuse, bounties made with blue buzz alone (hereafter referred to as Blue Bounties) would have the following limitations
1: Blue Bounties would have to be open for a minimum time (7 days? That’s the default time for bounty length now.), be for a clearly defined and specific resource (no image contests etc.), and only award the reward at closing (prevents short bounties to sneak past attention)
2: Blue bounties would be capped at 6000 blue buzz (effectively a month’s blue buzz after the gens needed for feedback and first image post and 3x the training cost of Flux). This would make it harder to launder large amounts of blue buzz.

3: Ownership of resources submitted for Blue Bounties would be both retained by creator, and required to be in the user’s uploaded LoRAs (for at least 30 days?).
4: In case of multiple entries, the winner would always be determined by public vote and voting only open to accounts at least 1 month old. This would it much harder for bot accounts to award buzz to a preplanned winner.
5: If needed, bounty posting and/or award can be subject to mod approval (like images the tagger decides have too much ankle). This would make it very hard to make false bounties intended to be collected by another account (it’s inherently hard to make bots post a real seeming bounty for something that isn’t already already on site).

Additionally, yellow buzz bounties should be able to attach an additional 500 (SD1.5, SDXL, or PDXL) or 2000 (Flux) blue buzz in addition to the yellow buzz to compensate training costs, so long as the yellow buzz was more than the blue buzz. This extra would not subject the bounty to any limitation to any limitation of blue bounties.
