Bring back on site remixes importing all LoRas regardless of checkpoint compatibility

Before when you remixed it always imported all LoRas, with few exceptions. Now if there is a SDXL LoRa that works on Pony but is not tagged as such it will be lost while remixing, despite you being able to manually add it. And apparently it is not a bug, it is intentional. I think manually adding the LoRas everytime misses the point of remixing.
