Buzz Economy Overhaul

Currently there are only two ways to get enough buzz to buy anything in the shop:
1. Buying buzz / Membership
2. Bounties

There are no mechanisms for small creators (<5k downloads) to get any meaningful amount of buzz. Tips help but are very random and unpredictable. Generation fees are basically not working as people aren’t using civitai for generation.

I think something should be done here as having stable buzz income is important for creators to make their works seen. (main page’s featured lists, bounties, content decorations).

Tipping a creator should be suggested some time after model download.
Also, every creator should have an opportunity to hide their content under paywall (I see no other choice for buzz farming). There are many different ideas that can be explored but the main goal is for small creators to be able to get to 10k buzz without buying it.
