Collaborative bounties

Add a way to allow others to put buzz into a bounty. Lets say someone puts up a bounty that someone else really wants to be made too. Instead of listing a second bounty, allow for more people to add buzz for the bounty. Of course, make it so there is a setting to allow this option when making a bounty as I know some people just want these bounties to be privately hosted by themselves.
