Collections contribution

I'm uncertain if this functionality exists currently, but I propose the introduction of subscribable shared collections. This feature would allow users other then the original creator, to contribute items to a collection similar to the Civitai contests collections.

the original creator should have the option to set the collection to either 'request to save' or 'save without request' . Additionally, it would be beneficial for subscribers to receive notifications about new items added to the collection by subscribers.

This feature would provide significant flexibility to curators amassing models and resources under certain themes. It would also benefit creators looking to host contests or establish shared collections with fellow creators.
