Could the commercial permissions be split by permission instead of by tier?

For example in my case I am ok with civitai using the model, I am also ok with 3rd parties monetizing it if as part of a generation service.

What i am absolutely against is in the selling of already created images which also happens to be the lowest permission tier. I mostly make models of existing characters which probably already have a copyright, so I don't even technically own the right to the characters to be giving permission for the images to be sold. On the other hand i make my models freely available for everyone, if someone is selling the generation service that is ok, having a patreon and dump them on the web when someone gives you cash? Meh! I don't care, selling individual images to poor Schmooks too dumb to know better, that i don't like.

Either way, giving permission to people to sell images of copyrighted stuff of which you don't hold the copyright, strikes me as the pinnacle of foolishness.
