"Create" has become difficult to use

Previously, when you selected "Create", it was added to the previously executed Model and LoRA set state as is, but

Due to the specification change, all the Model and LoRA set states are discarded, making it difficult to use.

Especially in the case of LoRA, the model reverts to a specific thing and the previous model cannot be maintained.

I would like to have options and buttons (such as a "+" button) that can be added as is, like before.
