I suggest a change to creator tips. Right now it seems they are paid out per generation. Considering many generations may not be very good I suggest it be changed so that it is only debited and paid if the user thought it worked well. One way it could be done is the tip split into two parts, 50% each of the total. If the user likes the image in the generator with the thumbs up, the creator gets 50% of the tip. If the user posts the image to Civitai, the creator gets the other 50% of the tip. This would encourage people to only like images in the generator (for the buzz reward) if it is truly good, provided they have tips enabled at all. It would also give a more accurate representation of quality for the various models. Users could even sort search results for models based on tips received or buzz (whichever is easier to implement) and have a good idea of what models work well. To prevent such a system from only promoting established creators you could even implement a trending or “Hot Models” section to encourage users to try new creators. The system implemented for that isn’t as important as its naming. Marketing research has shown that when it comes to encouraging customers to try things they might otherwise ignore (or even associate with negativity) is dependent of naming and descriptions that cast it in a positive or exciting light. A great example is how restaurants name their vegetable dishes things like “Caramelized [whatever]” or “Sizzling [whatever]”
I bird-walked quite far on that so I hope it is understandable.
