"Download tags only" option for on-site trainer.

Having to download your images as well to save your progress in tagging isn’t a big deal with smaller datasets, but when you are doing a big style thing with HD screenshots, having to DL GB+ files to make sure you don’t lose progress is a bit silly. Should be an option to just DL the tag files.
