Feedback for non-actioned reports

We get "has been actioned" messages. It would be great to also get "was not actioned" messages, preferably with a link to the thing that was reported. This would make it easier to learn and align with the moderation team's interpretation of the TOS and, maybe equally importantly, not leave you frustrated and wondering if reports of what you thought were blatant TOS violations but didn't have any effect were lost somewhere in the system and you should report them again, or if they were really ok after all. It would be even more awesome if the "was not actioned" message included a reason, but just knowing that it has been processed would help a lot.
