Filter option for "not downloaded"

CivitAI stores data about what we've downloaded; this is obvious by its prompt to review/rate them. It would be very useful if there was a filter option to exclude content I already have downloaded so when I'm trying to look something up, my results would not be flooded with similar things I already have.
