Finish unpublished model upload without scheduling

Please let us upload models without finishing the publishing step.

I find it really annoying to have to schedule a model when I just want to do it later.

Additionally, the scheduling isn't always reliable.

You can prune unfinished model after a week or a month if it becomes a problem with users uploading models without finishing the process ever.
