Hand Fix Workflow

I greatly appreciate options like the Face Fix and High-res Fix, however I feel there a gap without the ability to have something that specifically finds and fixes hands in a similar way. I’ve had to dump a lot otherwise good images because the high-res fix just could not figure out the hands.
