Hiding buttons on mobile and scaling

Make site use UserAgent to tell not to hide buttons and not check by pixel count, or add ability to move brush panel like on pc. (Blue bar which you pull on pc to move it, i can press it on android but it won't budge). Chrome 100% scale=brush fullscreen buttons not hiding, chrome 75% switching to pc layout, buttons hiding. Yandex scalability not working at all. Kiwi scalability is 100% like 80% on chrome, which is on half way with dissapearing buttons and fullscreen.

After update brush is fullscreen, instead of covering 75% of the screen, which causing me to encounter the post isn't posted yet, do you want to close the page? Prompt multiple times. Anger.

If play with scale brush ends on middle of page, which is not cool.
