Improved search filtering and image/post browsing suggestions

Currently our rating filter is in our settings. I suggest instead including rating as a search parameter - with the rating filter in settings being the maximum rating we can choose to search for - with a password entry being required to change it. This might be an additional useful feature for keeping kids from digging through whatever they want if they hop onto their parents’ computer while they are logged in. Being able to -NOT tags on the fly instead of relying on a blocklist would also be nice.

More difficult to implement and probably less useful, but to me would make image browsing a more pleasant experience - a hybrid post/image browsing mode. Posts with images that are x% similarly prompted would be collapsed. Posts with images that differ significantly would be expanded.
