Issue with Bounty System

So essentially we discussed in the discord with @TheAlly about how the current system doesnt protect posters in anyway, i feel like if we cant disqualify entries, you can easily take advantage of the system by finding expiring bounties with no entries and just upload a random file right before the bounty expires to get the buzz. So essentially i could go on every bounty and have several alt accounts and post a random image/.safetensor and then use alt accounts to make it the most liked entry so that when the bounty expires i get the a butt load of buzz. And not only that but if i cant disqualify entries lets say i asked for a lora of character a specifically trained on X Checkpoint and then they train it on a different checkpoint they didnt do what i asked so why should they get the reward just because they are the only one who submits an entry?
