Just a feedback on: Should we remove negative emoji's and change reviews?

It is a problem and we dont want to remove it.

Is it possible to block new accounts from voting? Maybe lock it for a week before they can vote, Or that they have to upload something themselves to be able to vote. Most of the people who leave bad ratings are usually new account without anything uploaded.
