Make model uploads remember defaults.

Currently, every model upload requires either:

1. Manually selecting each option.

2. Selecting an existing model as a template and changing info that doesn’t apply.

3. Creating a template draft with only the information that applies to all models.

#1 is tedious and increases the chances of forgetting to change a setting, #2 is an improvement but will have wrong information that needs to be changed and can be overlooked, and #3 can be made to auto fill only fields that apply to all models but it has to be recreated every couple of weeks because drafts are auto-deleted.

For example, I want the same permissions on all of my models but not the same description and tags. Sometimes I forget to check the tags and now the ones on the new model don’t make sense. I’d rather that area be blank than wrong.

It would be nice if some settings could be made default for every upload (the permission section, in particular) without forcing us to populate the whole model with irrelevant information first. Alternatively, make it possible to have permanent templates without relying on existing models or drafts.
