Make models under "Action" contribute to "Pose" leaderboard ranking

A followup to my suggestion to merge vehicle, building, and object into a single leaderboard. Action is a newish category for video models and is unlikely to merit its own leaderboard anytime soon, but it feels improper to not give users leaderboard points for actually using it over Pose when the distinction is relatively minor.

(Note: I’m currently silver ranked on Pose with no Action models submitted, so this is hardly to my own benefit)
