Model evaluation system

For many reasons, not the most adequate part of the community may underestimate the rating of the model, or simply put negative emoticons on images. No matter how ridiculous it may sound, it is precisely such trifles that a newcomer to the platform remembers. After seeing how his work was "drowned" in a low rating for nothing, I doubt that he will make another model and put it on the site.
I propose to remove the system of emoticons, leaving only likes, and also, if the model is evaluated, to oblige to apply work using this model, and only in this case publish and take into account the feedback.
