Name field for reporting NSFW real people

In the report menu for reporting NSFW image of real people, a comment field for entering the name of the suspected person for the admin can more accurately research the likeness of that person.

I suggest this because I feel like I have better success when reporting NSFW real people when using the "content that should be reviewed" because I am able to enter a name and sometimes an url to an image of the person for "proof".
