Notification links to comments don't follow the anchor to the reply

The source code shows there’s an anchor to the reply but clicking the notification only goes to the top of the reply chain. I suspect this is possibly because of an event handler on the a element even though the function’s null (begging the question of why it’s there). To harp on my earlier comments, this is probably something event delegation on a container element ought to be doing to minimize CPU load on the browser and speed up response, but the purpose of rg() itself is worth investigating.
