One-click filtered-image temporary override

Add an easy temporary override to see an individual picture that your filtered-tags excluded without having to go and disable the filter completely. Sometimes a single excluded image comes up in the middle of a gallery that you otherwise really like and it would be nice to satisfy curiosity without having to go visit the Settings twice each time you do it.
