Optimizing Moderators work- Images that has been approved need to carry protection against malicious re-statement

Hi all, I found that in the community there users that have bias thinking and thus lead to unpleasant block of images. If they truly thinks its ToS break then should do their job, but in most cases it just someone subjective thinking. Since new feature of approval requires a hostage of 100 yellow buzz on a repeat or over 2 times appeal I suggesting to add another feature that helps not only the owner of the content but the moderators not to go with the same process twice or similar prompt. Adding a protection tag against repeated malicious or subjective statements. Protected will indicates only when someone trying to report once approved image or post with similar images.
