Option to import training data from cloud storage

Browser uploads are not the most user friendly way to import large collections of training data. This requires a lot of discipline, patience, and retries of the user. The user must keep the workstation from hibernating, power loss, or LAN disruption. The process is generally slow and error prone.

In contrast, it is much easier for users to copy training data to cloud storage. From the user’s perspective, the initial upload to cloud storage happens in the background (e.g. Dropbox or Proton Drive menulet), with all the retry logic happening automatically. Then, Civitai can pull the training data from cloud storage, again, in the background. This frees the user to attend to other activities.

Request Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, and Proton Drive initially. These should have API documentation for Civitai to hook into. Then manual browser upload could be relegated to small training data sets, or as a fallback.

By the way, manual upload should show a progress bar. Currently, the user has no idea what percentage of the upload has progressed, nor how much time is left until the upload completes.
