Option to Not Notify Followers About Certain Published Models

I would like the ability to NOT notify my followers about specific models that I publish. Sometimes I publish a large number of models and don't want to spam notifications, not to annoy followers. Additionally, I occasionally publish models on more esoteric subjects that may not interest the majority of my followers.
