PK voting system for Event Image Submissions

I'm unsure what metric is used to determine which images are most popular aside from reactions. However I thought It would be cool to introduce a PK system in a similar interface to the image rater system. You could also look at the higherorlower game as another similar implementation.

So you'd have two images to compare and pick which one is best, you'd vote over 5 or a specified amount. That way you could see which images were more popular. Currently I think you can only see the newest images in an event image collection.
