Some users use moving profile images (avatar icons, cover images) that are very distracting and eyesore.User can turn Autoplay GIFs ON/OFF in Browsing Settings.Similarly, should provide a viewing method that turns off these moving profile images.The proposal below is a similar proposal, but is marked as [Completed/Resolved].
