Prevent/Warn page refresh in LoRA trainer data set screen

Feature request: when training a LoRA, especially in the captioning stage, give an alert box that pops up asking if the user definitely wants to refresh the page. I just accidentally refreshed the page 3 times, losing all my caption data and had to re-enter it all. If there was a pop up, I could’ve prevented the loss.
