Profile/Drafts tab - hide announcement for the owner of a profile.

In case a user has set an announcement on the profile, it takes unnecessary space on drafts page.
Regular users don’t have access to the drafts tab anyways, so it would be really nice if this was hidden and the space was rather used for a longer list of unpublished models.
