Rating game QoL improvements

Add a button to add a reaction while playing rating game, having to go to the image to give a reaction takes you out of the game whereas you could just click the reaction as the image is on your screen while rating.

Add the ability to filter rating game by tag, or to only show images with specific tags. This would allow raters to view content they enjoy while rating which means people would play it more.

Add a “scroll to me” or “find me” button on the leaderboards for not only rating game but all the other leaderboards, this allows people to find themselves and how much they need to do to go up a rank, motivating them to engage more.
