Reinstate "Save as" file functionality.

I would recommend chatting with the web designer(s) that recommended removal of Save As functionality within the browser to get some rationale as to why such an anti-user UX change was implemented. It’s utterly useless to only be able to download a file “01687323-0178.safetensors” without A) a manually-inserted descriptive name, or B) activation keywords.

Civit doesn’t insert proper metadata based on inputted activation words, so disallowing saving of files with descriptive filenames is a bit bonkers.
