Request a new model

I think it would be really helpful to have a section of the site where people can request the model makers to make a model according to their specifications. It should work like a forum so that it can be refined by a group of like-minded individuals who want the same thing, then when a model maker sees that a posted model request is getting a lot of comments or a lot of upvotes, they might make it, since it's a model people want.
