Request tab

I will be great if a request tab could be created in order to ask to model or lora creator what their followers want to see. It may be even better to add a request icon for each creator along the follow/chat/button on their ID card. So they could see what people want from them and others followers could see others followers requests. So the list will be weighted by number of vote for a lora character request for example and we will have to buzz to bump the character lora request, followers will buzz AI creators, so they will see their request bumped higher in the request list. Nice dynamic could raise from those interaction.
