Requiring 2 clicks to download is a clear usability loss

Normally, users can download a model with one click, but models with a create button must click the download button on the right side and then click the model data.

As before, downloads should be a one-click process, regardless of whether there is a create button or not.

Even if there is multiple data related to the model, most users usually only want the model data.

Therefore, it is better to use the download button only for the model data, and for other data such as training data, download it from the Files column at the bottom.
