There are a few similar requests, but they are too narrowly defined. In the generator, either the queue or the feed, currently you can select images in a couple of different ways:
click on the select checkbox for each image, which adds that image to the overall selection.
click on the select all checkbox, which selects all images currently buffered.
If you want to select a large consecutive group of images, but not all, then you are left with option one. the more images you want to select, the more painful it becomes. For example, I regularly back up my images. Each time I do so, I select all the image starting from the current image, down to the first image after my last backup. This could easily be hundreds to thousands of images. I just did a backup today. It was 393 images. Each image had to be clicked on.
For comparison, in a word processor, if you want to select a paragraph of text, you could select that one letter at a time, but you will more likely put your cursor at the first letter you want, then hold down the shift key while clicking on the last character you want. It’s that sort of behaviour I’m looking for.
I hope this is something you will implement.
