"Send notification when scanned" option

My model is currently waiting for a scan to complete for on-site generation to be enabled and I keep checking back so I can make new example images ASAP. Since there’s already a system to enable notifications for updates, I think it would be relatively simple to make an option to send users who want it a notification when the scan is done.
