Separate base model category for NoobAI-XL

NoobAI-XL (NAI-XL) - V-Pred-1.0-Version | Stable Diffusion XL Checkpoint | Civitai

This is a newer SDXL-arch base model trained from Illustrious on a GPU cluster for several months, and I feel like it’s novel enough to warrant its own base model category similar to Pony and Illustrious to help users find and generate with compatible loras. It looks like currently, the model authors changed the listed category to plain SDXL 1.0 for now.

While the epsilon-pred model is somewhat compatible with Illustrious loras, the newest and SOTA v-pred ztsnr variant of the model really needs to have loras trained on itself, with v-pred ztsnr enabled during training. Adding a new NoobAI-XL model category would help users properly pair the base model and loras.
