Seperation of Notifications

Would there be a way to separate notifications, from the creators you follow and things about posts/models you created (I.E. Discussion, download stats, etc)? If you follow a fair number of active creators, it is very easy to have notifications about reviews and discussion posts lost in the sea of notifications. Having them separate would alleviate that. Thanks
