Setting a higher default tip value

I’d love to be able to tip 50 or 100 ⚡ instead of 10 by default (without holding the click for ages).

Bonus: make the increase speed (when holding the click) proportional to the default tip, it would just make sense. If you’re willing to give a higher default amount, you probably also want to give higher custom amounts.
