Site messaging is fully internationalised (i18n) - Localization

As a non-native english speaker using CivitAI

I want to read messaging on the CivitAI site in my native language

So that I can fully understand what I'm being told and use the site without additional overhead

Messaging/text on the site is currently hardcoded rather than being tokenised and referenced back to resource/content tables/files, which is the standard approach to internationalisation.

Volunteers & AI can provide inexpensive approach to internationalising the site and making it more accessible to its diverse userbase.
